Terms of service
Most sellers of used goods online are not bound by Australian Consumer Law. However, as we have both a physical store and sell online, we are. This means you can shop with confidence, knowing we are held to account by the law and will trade fairly and with ethics and will have nothing to do with fake or counterfeit products. If any item, we sell you is not in keeping with its description we will happily offer you a full refund. You must advise us of the defect and return it to us promptly. Do not use the product.
New items are warrantied for manufacturer defects however if the failure has occurred due to misuse or an accident then, of course, this would not be deemed a manufacturing fault.
CHANGE OF MIND
A return for any other reason would be considered a return due to 'change of mind' and Australian Consumer Law does not require that we accept a return for this reason however we are happy to do so as long as the item is in the same condition as when it was purchased. A return of this type will always be for store credit (in order to find something more appropriate) not refund and the customer would be required to pay any shipping costs associated.
RESTOCKING FEE
Many of our items are 'one-off' items and it takes time to put them back into our system and relist them for sale and for this reason we have a small restocking fee on items that have left the store and are then returned due to 'change of mind'. Please see the table below.
