Shipping FAQs

How much does shipping cost?

Many items ship for FREE! We don't charge for any shipping costs at all when you spend a minimum of $200 ($300 for NZ orders). If you order small items or golf clubs and have a non-rural address, 'out of area' charges apply. If you're not in an urban area we only pass on what it costs us and no more. Larger items such as full sets and bags also incur shipping charges, but we charge only what it costs – and we've negotiated great rates!

Why is shipping not free for all items?

We know you're after a good deal, so we keep our margins very tight and often undercut the big chain stores by a significant amount – particularly on the past-season stock we're most famous for – so we need to pass on shipping charges for the larger items.

I believe my address is not 'out of area' – why am I being asked to pay the surcharge?

The courier company we use sets its own boundaries for rural and non-rural rates, and these may differ from Australia Post. We don't use Australia Post as their rates are overall more expensive, so we opted for Aramex for fast delivery at an overall lower cost. If you select the wrong shipping class or your address comes up as 'out of area', we'll email you with the actual cost to get your product to you. Don't worry – you can always cancel for a full refund if you decide the shipping is too expensive.

Shipping categories

Small items – golf balls, gloves, accessories, clothing, hats and other small goods that aren't bulky or heavy.
Standard items – golf clubs (but not full sets), iron sets, small golf practice mats or any longer item that isn't too heavy and fits our standard box.
Golf bag – also covers junior sets of golf clubs.
Full golf set – a full set of clubs including a bag; most golf trundlers are in this category too.
Large golf mat – large driving-range style golf mats.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We usually dispatch same day, and most orders arrive within 2–10 working days. Out-of-area orders can take more time and, on occasion, there are disruptions to normal service for a number of reasons. Rest assured we always do our bit to get your item on its way promptly.

Can I order online but pick up in store?

Sure! We're open 6 days a week and we'd love to see you in our store. You'll be asked for item details and some personal details before we hand over your item. Please note that for online orders you must pay online with credit card or bank transfer. You can pay by bank transfer in store, but no cash is accepted in store for orders placed online.

If I want a golf club located in NZ sent to me in Australia, what is the cost?

Any golf club from NZ stock being sent to Australia costs $39.90 to anyone in Australia. If you buy 2 clubs or more and spend more than $300, shipping is free.

I may not be home when the delivery is made. Will the courier leave it for me?

Yes – any instructions you'd like us to add to the package label about where it should be left will be included. It is, however, your responsibility to ensure the place you've instructed the courier to leave it is accessible and sufficiently secure. Once the item is delivered as per your instructions, its security becomes your responsibility.

What if my item is damaged in transit or wasn't what I ordered?

If any package is delivered but appears damaged, take pictures of it before you open it, then open it and inspect the item. If it's damaged, inform us immediately and we'll begin the claim process with the courier. If you're delivered the wrong item, DO NOT USE IT – inform us immediately and we'll arrange a replacement.
